ABOUT THE CAMP
Chamber Camp 2024 Instrumentalists ages 10-20
Camp begins each day at 10am. In the morning, students will attend a daily masterclass. They will work with student volunteers to improve their rhythm and pitch work and learn how to get the most out of their practice time. Following the masterclass, students will form smaller groups to learn and perfect a chamber music piece under the coaching of a professional faculty member. Students will attend one or two more coaching sessions after a lunch break and some more laid-back, creative activities. The week will end with a celebration and recital open to friends and family.
The camp will take place in the Fine Arts Building on the beautiful University of Alaska, Anchorage campus.
